Walk WITH ME!

Last year, I started a monthly walking challenge. It was so great to have a group of people pressing towards the same finish line with me. I took a couple months off this year to tend to family, but the monthly walking challenges are back!

Currently, the challenge is to walk 50 miles a month. And while 50 seems like a lot, it’s totally doable. You can walk 2 miles a day and take 5 days off throughout the month. Easy peasy!
